Meet on of our guides, Alder! Her favorite thing about working at Ricochet is teaching people about horse psychology and being able to work with all of her friends. She has a ton of houseplants (so many!) and we are so lucky to have her be a part of our team. If you have any fun stories about riding with Alder, let us know in the comments!
