Thank you to everyone who came out this weekend! We would not be here or have grown as fast as we have in the last year. This weekend we sold 21 racks of ribs, 65 pounds of tri-tip, 50lbs of pulled pork, 45 pounds of chicken, and 60+pounds of smoked Mac and cheese. Have a great week!

Last day at Johnny Appleseed days. Come and visit us we have ribs, pulled pork, smoked Mac and cheese, tri-tip and chicken! We have also added to our menu a salad that you can add pulled pork, chicken or tri-tip.

This weekend we will be : Johnny Appleseed Days put on by Paradise Ridge Chamber of Commerce on 10/6-10/7 from 10-5pm Purple Line Urban Winery on 10/6 from 5-8pm... Both events will have smoked Mac and cheese, ribs, pulled pork, tri-tip and chicken!

Wednesday 9/26 from 5-8pm - Paradise Alliance Church serving tri-tip, ribs, and smoked Mac and cheese Thursday 9/27 from 4-8pm - British Bulldog Brewery serving tri-tip, ribs, chicken and smoked Mac and cheese ... Friday 9/28 from 6-9pm - Purple Line Urban Winery serving tri-tip, chicken, ribs and smoked Mac and cheese Saturday 9/29 from 9-1pm for Companions Animal Hospital at the Paradise Cinema 7 parking lot serving tri-tip, chicken, and smoked Mac and cheese. Please come out and join us!

We are stuck in Georgia! We got here LAST Friday and our trailer was supposed to be done, GUESS WHAT...... it's still not done! UGH! Stay tuned ...... Next we will be at Paradise Alliance Church with Food Truck Paradise ..... see you soon!
