I have mornings when I'm tired.... and when my body feels stiff and my hips are super tight and aching. Some mornings it's hard to even lift my knees. People might think I'm just naturally flexible or that movement just comes easy for me... Honestly, it's far from the truth, and even more now, as I'm aging... This is what I've learned: The habit of being committed to and consistent in the practice makes all the difference. Consistency will take you from one day to the next, a...nd to the next after that.. then you begin to see progress and move in ways you weren't able to before. Consistent movement leads to flowing
