Know the Real Estate cycles before you list or buy: In mid January it warms up after the holidays (and funny as it soundsThe Super Bowl) and it goes strong until late March. It slows down due to tax season and starts warming up again a few weeks after tax season ends. It goes strong until June and slows down due to Dads, Grads and 4th of July.... It heats up again mid to late July with the Summer Selling Season and goes strong until late August. It takes a dip due to last minute vacations in August and kids going back to school. It heats ups a bit in mid September after the kids are back in school and then slows down in late October due to the holidays. Now that you know the cycle, how do you take advantage of it?
