We are so saddened to announce that our governor has ordered us to close again. While we take the situation seriously and want safety for all of you - our guests, and our team... we don’t know of any cases being transmitted through a salon. So this comes as a big shock and disappointment. If you should need any product to get you through another closure, feel free to contact us. We will, once again, miss all of the smiling faces during this time. Our Ricadonna family now has room to add new team members We are a 4000 sq. ft space, making it possible to social distance with ease. We have support staff who greet and health screen your guests, wash and sanitize your capes and towels after each appointment, and continually sanitize all common areas, restrooms, shampoo chairs, etc. We are truly a work family (most being with us for years) with a healthy, positive atmosphere. Not to mention, the fun boutique up front, offering your guests a one-stop-shopping experience. Stylist, manicurist, and esthetician space available. We are finally back! As of June 1, 2020, our team at Ricadonna is back at our work home ready to welcome our guests. We’ve missed each other and especially all of you! Please be patient with us... although we are aloud to open, it is with many restrictions. While we can offer the same top quality hair service, we have limitations on the personal touches. For the time being... 1. We are prohibited from offering any beverages or magazines. Please feel to bring your own and you ...can fill your water from our dispenser also. 2. We are required to ask you to come alone (no extra guests in the salon) and to remain in your vehicle until your stylist is ready. You will receive a call/text prompting you to enter. 3. You must check in at the front desk. There, we will have to ask you some screening questions and/or scan your temperature and have you sign a waiver. 4. We are required to limit capacity. Therefore, your stylist will not have the freedom to accommodate everyone as quickly as they would like to. We have put together a schedule that allows everyone to work as much as possible and still comply with the restrictions. Again, we have to ask for your patience as your stylist tries to catch up. They will be scheduling in the same order that appointments were cancelled during the shut down. 5. It is required that we ask everyone entering to wear a mask. Medical exceptions are accepted. We understand that this is far from the usual experience. We are hopeful that we will slowly be aloud to return to our typical experience, but in the meantime, we appreciate your patience as we comply with the current state regulations. Greetings to all of our good and faithful guests! The time has come in which we feel it is best for everyone’s safety and peace of mind to TEMPORARILY close shop. We plan on being back at Ricadonna as soon as we can because let’s face it... we are all going to miss being there as much as you are! This too shall pass and we will return to keep you beautiful If you run out of anything, don’t panic! ...You can message us or get in contact with your stylist and they will forward the info to us. We can do a transaction over the phone and arrange for a curbside pick up You may run out of toilet paper but no need to run out of your root conceal powder STAY SAFE & HEALTHY

A Note to all of our guests in response to COVID 19... As of now, we are still open. We will remain open until the health officials order us to temporarily close. We have updated our practices to involve much more detailed sanitation throughout the day. Some of these changes include sanitizing the shampoo chairs, armrests, and station chairs everytime a guest vacates the chair. The staff is also on a constant cycle of sanitizing all common areas and door handles. Another chan...ge you may notice is your stylist working in a different station. We are fortunate to have 4 different areas, allowing us to spread out for safer social distancing. All client capes are being washed after every wear with hot water, detergent and bleach. With all of this being said, your safety and peace of mind is our #1 concern. If you would feel more comfortable postponing your appointment, we understand. It’s your choice and we truly understand and respect both opinions.
