The following services are available: Used Tire Disposal -Free of charge for Rialto residents (ID or utility bill required) -Up to 9 tires accepted -Tires from businesses or semi-trucks are not accepted -Location: 355 W. Rialto Ave Shredding Services - (TRUCK IS FULL) Household Hazardous Waste -No explosives, medical waste, abandoned waste, or business waste -Free to all county residents -Location: 246 S. Willow Ave Electronic Waste Disposal -Used televisions, microwaves, computers, etc. -Businesses welcome -Devices will be recycled -Location: 150 S.
