Here is our latest performance at Complex Dance Competition hosted by Full Potential. We were excited to take home "Best Theme". (S/O to everyone who helped make this theme come to life) [Director's Personal Connection] This set being Spongebob influenced helped us show our creativity and how we are really more than just a group of dancers, we are a family. The opening quote (the deep voice one) "Even in the darkest depths of the ocean, there is light." is something i came u...p with after hearing about a terrible thing that occured to someone close to me and initially, I began hating my city for it. But after I came to practice and saw all of my team would be having a bad day but once we got together everyone eventually starts smiling and laughing with each other, I remembered that our city may be full of darkness but if we keep this light, then there will always be light for others to see. ~James (P.s Sorry if thats alot, I felt it was really important to me for to share)
