November 25, 2019, Day two of our Jamul convention, An easy one for this team, A sausage fest and grilled chicken kebabs, Enough to feed 200.

November 24, 2019, the first day of a three day to Convention in Jamul. Today’s menu lineup Chicken Marsala, Smoked Prime Rib and all the Fixin’s. This three day convention we are scheduled to serve over 600 people.

As a rule we typically do not advertise any events that we are involved in for at least one year, however our clients have released us from this obligation because they wanted us RTS catering to show some of the photos of their party. These are the two best banquet captains on the West Coast without their help I could never pull off anything like this. The menu consisted of Italian lasagna three meats three cheese, vegetarian lasagna, chicken Marsalis, balsamic roasted root vegetables rice pilaf and for tiramisu.

Doing weddings are always a lot of fun, especially this one. My oldest son got the opportunity to help work this event with me, so now he actually knows what we do for a living. And it’s not just delivering food. Working with the bride and groom to make sure that we got all the colors right and the set up was probably one of the biggest joys for me I look forward to many more this year.
