HEY! JOY is an 11,000 sf Toy store that just opened inside Mall of America in Minnesota. The new concept store was designed to provide an interactive shopping experience throughout the store. RHA as Record Architect, worked closely with the Contractor: Bogart Construction, Project Management: GPL Retail Development Solutions, and our Clients + Designer to coordinate getting the unusual fixtures shipped from the Ukraine quickly, to be installed and completed within 10 weeks. Impressive for their first store in the USA. This is a unique retail addition to the USA market where other toy stores have struggled to remain open due to e-commerce. #retailarchitecture #heyjoy_toystore #mallofamerica #toystore @bogartconstruction

The Wild Goose Tavern expansion project on 17th Street in Costa Mesa is nearing completion, counting down just days until the Grand Reopening in early December. The new construction includes a 2nd bar known as: The Saloon, facing the courtyard with a loggia stairwell leading up a private seating area. There is also a new Game Room installed from vintage wood reclaimed from a 50 year old Newport Beach bayfront home. And new private offices above.
