RH12 Fitness was born out of a man and a dream. No that's too cheesy. Let’s just be real. RH 12 Fitness has been born from hard work and experience and the belief that Personal Training should be personal. A belief that corporate gyms focus far too much on the bottom line and sales and not enough time or focus on the people. From managing in a corporate gym, I know its best for that to be flipped. My goal is to change lives. If I make money, I can do that for longer. ... This is supposed to be the companies story; however it cannot be told without telling you my story. My name is Ryan. I was the overweight, non fit kid growing up. Im not going to go into that much, but when I changed that simple fact about me I changed my life. I have worked everyday since to help others to change their lives and redefine their story. Whether it be sport or just daily functionality I want to make people perform their best. Beyond my passion for helping people, with this company I look to work with athletes and sports-minded people. My passion for sport has led me to constantly learning what it means to prepare for sport. Strength and Conditioning, nutrition, and injury prevention for sport are all areas that RH12 Fitness can take your game to the next level. Both online or in person coaching options available.

Imagine your health goal is a fruit tree completely full of fruit, would you pick all the fruit at the top first? Or would you grab all the pieces that you can easily and quickly pick?... Identifying the easiest habits and lifestyle trends to change is one of the first conversations I have with every client. That way, we can feel what it’s like to WIN. And then, stack the wins on top of each other. For some, it’s slowing down on alcohol, for some it’s eating more frequently, and for some it’s simply going on a walk daily. I don’t work well with rigidity. But that doesn’t mean I don’t have systems in place to hold myself accountable and see results. This is why I rely on protocols and concepts with nutrition and training rather than a so strict you can never come off plan. I’ve been there before. It wasn’t fun and it felt like a punishment for being overweight.... Instead, I could have and should have been fueling my body for success in the future. Remember it’s not about where you are now, but the potential and growth of where you can be. Fuel your future when it comes to nutrition. And train like your improving yourself rather than punishing yourself. Systems allow for this. Some of my current protocols are: -2 servings of greens daily. -Prioritizing protein. -Moving in some way everyday. -Unprocessed foods. -I have others but these are the basics that carry a lot of weight.
