Revolve Holistic Health Studio 30.06.2021

Hi All! In light of everything going on, I am going to be available to do private virtual fitness/Pilates training and virtual Physical Therapy appointments for anyone interested in seeking these services while we are unable to participate in our normal social activities and/or are self quarantined. Please reach out anytime if you are interested or have questions about this service. Additionally, my sister and I will be posting free live and recorded workouts (yoga/Pila...tes/fitness) and other items related to spiritual growth and nutrition throughout the week and upcoming days in our community The We_Revolve Community in order to promote connection, positivity, and to just feel better and allow ourselves a break with everything going on! Please feel free to join any time! It is a time of isolation, but we can still find connection, support, and growth and use this as a time to reset, pick up some new healthy habits, and reflect on where we are and where we want to go, together. With Love, Jazmin TEDD Therapeutic Exercise Design and Development, Inc. Yoga Lab Mammoth

Jazmin has been an explorer with an adventurous spirit all her life. Having traveled and backpacked to over 30 countries around the world, there is nothing she loves more than opening her mind to new ideas, people, challenges and ways of life. Her second passion of helping others began during her undergraduate career at the University of Louisville where she studied communication and the positive effects that proper communication and relationship building can have on a person...’s ability to heal. She knew she could make her greatest impact in this realm as a health care provider working directly with people in need. Her desire to enter the healthcare field, paired with her love of the human body and its' innate capabilities to heal, led her to pursue a doctorate degree in physical therapy at Chapman University in Orange County, CA. During her education, Jazmin had the opportunity to work globally and provide physical therapy services through an international clinical internship in Costa Rica and was awarded the Humanitarian Award, Outstanding Student Award, and Scholastic Achievement Award by her peers and professors. Jazmin believes movement is an outward expression of who we are, how we feel and a beautiful way that we can connect with our deeper selves, others and the world. She loves helping people to discover their unique body’s capabilities to find the explorer and adventurer in themselves no matter their age, condition or diagnosis.
