Escape the harsh winter storm into a cozy winter bedroom For this vacation rental we opted to forgo the throw pillows (which inevitably end up on the ground anyways). We went with crisp white pillows and a fluffy duvet. Vacation rentals constantly need to change and wash bedding. This design helps maintain a sanitary and clean space.

Introducing our first design tip of the week! When we see two colors next to each other, our perceptions of those colors are changed. This interaction is known as simultaneous contrast. When you are picking a new paint color, you want to see that color in isolation, this is why we recommend seeing the color against a white background like a piece of paper.
