Fourteen years ago, Tony had a brilliant idea to add an electrical department. To do this, he needed to convince Mitch Elgin to join Retrofit Technology. Tony and Mitch met in the early 90’s at a jobsite and made an instant connection. In January of 2007 Mitch agreed and to this day Tony will tell you it was one of the best decisions Retrofit has made in its 31 years. Mitch is the person in our industry that is called when our customers are stumped with an electrical problem. His ability to simplify complex electrical systems is truly amazing. Mitch is a role model to our team. His level of craftmanship, his love of country, his family and his faith have always been an inspiration. Mitch is and continues to be one of Retrofit’s greatest assets. Mitch is definitely one of a kind and we are proud to have him on our team.

Nine years ago, we decided to purchase our own semi-truck and hire a Class-A driver, David Fuller was an excellent choice. Hands down David is the best in our industry. But to put what he does in perspective, there is huge difference between driving cross country on an open road, as opposed to downtown LA with a wide load in heavy traffic. THEN having to back said load into a tight space and to consistently do that without ever damaging anything is simply amazing. Thank you, David, for nine years of your hard work and dedication and for always making us look good!

Today we want to thank Joe Tamayo for 5 years of service. Joe's primary role is welding. But, whatever it takes, whatever we ask of him Joe will get it done. We could not be prouder to have him on our team.
