@beachbungalowgirls vision, @resicomsd’s execution! We loved working on this pre teen bathroom and think this coastal themed shower has the perfect amount of whimsy and classy!

Anyone want to cozy up fireside during this rain? We sure do! This fireplace was updated by adding on a custom wood stained mantle and we are still all about it!

This special media room went from a nothing to a something! @beachbungalowgirls dreamt up a beautiful oasis for these Solana Beach homeowners and we had the privilege of helping bring that dream to life. New wood flooring complemented by a faux beam running along the ceiling as well as ship lap paneling on the feature wall were the primary adjustments made to this room and we can’t help but think that sometimes the simplest features can make the biggest impact!

Mike was our lead contractor and Cody was our on site foreman. Both were very competent and responsive to our concerns, big an...d small. They developed a great floor plan that transformed our 1000 Sq Ft., 3 BR, 1 BA house into a 1500 sq ft. 3 BR 3BA house with a large modern open living space, and completely replaced the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC infrastructure, and installed efficient double paned windows. They also poured a large backyard patio and built a stucco retaining wall. All of their work was highly professional, their communication style was friendly and responsive with all calls and texts being answered promptly, and their work habits very efficient.
