CalFresh is a food assistance program that can provide students with up to $194 per month to use at grocery stores and farmers’ markets. All students with eithe...r CalGrant, Work Study (even if they do not currently have a job), EOP status, or DSP enrollment are eligible to apply as long as they do not have an on-campus meal plan. On Friday, November 8th, CalFresh is hosting an application session all day at the Basic Needs Center from 9:30am - 4pm. CalFresh is an essential resource for students, as it provides students with the agency and purchasing power necessary to access healthy and nutritious meals.
