ATTN: VALUED REPTILE ISLAND CUSTOMERS Latest update 3/22/2020 As of now, we are able to remain open as an essential business under the Pet Supply Store category and will continue to stay open to provide the feeders and supplies your pet(s) need. During this time we will be temporarily reducing our store hours to: Monday Saturday 12pm to 6pm... Sunday 11am to 4pm In our effort to adhere to social distancing recommendations, we will also have limited access within the store during our temporary hours. This means that customers will be able to order at the front of the store and all feeders and supplies will be available upon request from the staff member assisting you. If a line does build up, we ask that you please keep 6 feet of distance between you and the customer in front of you. Thank you for your continued support and stay safe

ATTN: VALUED REPTILE ISLAND CUSTOMERS Regarding the recent update from the Orange County Health Officer we are able to remain open as we are a Pet Supply Store. We will continue normal business for now and will continue to post updates as necessary.

ATTN: VALUED REPTILE ISLAND CUSTOMERS Due to the ongoing efforts to control the spread of the COVID-19 virus and for the safety of our customers and staff, we are asking that no more than 6 customers occupy the store at any given time. An employee may ask customers to briefly wait outside when we reach capacity to ensure safe-distance recommendations. We are doing everything in our efforts to be able to provide the much-needed essentials for your pets and we are ord...ering extra feeders and supplies to accommodate our customer’s needs. We kindly ask that you only order a few weeks of supplies at a time so that we have enough to supply all of our customers. We are hoping that we will be able to remain open during these trying times but if we do need to close, we will be offering email orders. At that time, you will email us your order and we will reply to you with a pickup time. The order email will be provided if we do have to close. As of right now, we plan to stay open and continue to operate at our normal hours and will keep our customers updated with any changes. Thank you for your continued support.

I am sad to say that Reptile Island has lost a good customer and friend. Jared and Leza have have been long time customers and we would like to help Leza and her children out in this very difficult time. I knew both of them while they were just dating and over the years have seen watching their family grow. If any of you can help. it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your support.
