Remora Marine has built 50+ fixtures, jigs and production aids in order to make our waterproof power tools. This one is my favorite. Our patented impeller design specifies two parts: An impeller and a volute to provide regulated suction to the brush. These two parts have to be glued together accurately. Here's the machine we built to do just that. A home-grown rotary clamping jig that takes advantage of adhesive cure times.
