Check out this Ancestral Trauma Just cleared a BIG ancenstral trauma I had been carrying my whole life. Trauma around it being ok and safe to reach goals. You can probably imagine what kind of an impact that could have. Sooo grateful to have been able to clear it for myself and all those in my line who had been carying it. When traumas don't get resolved, they get passed on to our descendants. I am so grateful for my system to be free of that trauma and to have been able to help the origional event!

I just discovered a block on de-stressing. I’m sure many people can relate, so I’ll share it with you. I find hearing other people’s processing very helpful and felt drawn to share this.

How many parts do you have? What percent of your system do they comprise, what ages did they fragment at? With muscle testing the answers to these questions can be readily known and parts can be healed and integrated through a variety of methods, I especially love using energy work to do so because of it’s efficient. Typically one or more parts can be integrated per session. In my experience, fragment integration is one of the major signposts of the healing journey because a...s more of your fragments get integrated back into the present moment, you literally are embodying more of your self, living in more of your capacity and potential. Constipation, slow motility, solar plexus, breathing What do these all have in common? Let me tell you in this big discovery I had 2 weeks ago. First of all, constipation or slow motility (the speed at which food travels through and out of the body) DOES SO MUCH!!! When the bowel is slowed or backed up. I hadn’t realized that slow motility was contributing to poor posture and core activation, feeling munchy/snacky (it might be weird but I sometimes get munchy when my guts do...n’t feel great), and hindered lymph drainage. So I was super excited, after doing many healthy things to help my motility, to find this missing puzzle piece that I share in the video. It’s long because there is a lot going into it.
