Sexual Addiction Professional Group Therapy Group therapy for sexual addiction is a powerful part of the healing experience. Our Christian Men’s Groups are facilitated by specialized clinicians utilizing internationally recognized, research-based curriculum to provide healing from the impact of destructive sexual behavior. We have midday or evening groups for men in all three offices. RCA counseling also has therapy Groups for Wives of men struggling with sexual integrity.

This spring, RCA Counseling is once again offering Fresh Beginninga clean start for those taking the first steps toward sexual integrity. In Fresh Beginning, youand your partner, if applicablewill: Come to understand how your brain works and why it’s so hard to break free of addiction on your own Discover practical tools for overcoming addiction long term Begin to restore trust and integrity in your relationships Be supported by a staff of highly-trained therapists and others struggling with the same issues Past participants have said that Fresh Beginning was a major turning point in their recovery. They made progress they never thought possible, and they found a whole new level of freedom. What is Fresh Beginning? Fresh Beginning is a 4-week course sponsored by RCA Counseling, San Diego’s leading therapy practice for the treatment of sexual addiction. Fresh Beginning starts with four large group seminars (on Thursday evenings from March 16 to April 6, 2017, 6:15pm-8:00pm) during which you’ll learn about the addiction cycle and the path to healing. After the four group seminars, you’ll be able to transition into personalized, weekly, small therapy groups which will give you the opportunity to share your insights and practice your newfound skills in a safe setting. W.I.L.D. Outdoor Retreats Few times in life are we gifted with the challenge of pushing ourselves to our limit. It’s when we reach our limit that we truly discover who we are. Here at Wilderness Inner Life Development (WILD), we provide men, women and families the opportunity to stretch themselves through wilderness exploration. Through the guidance and curriculum created by Aaron Reinicke, participants are pushed physically, spiritually and emotionally to new heights as they venture through awe inspiring landscapes across the United States. These explorations not only benefit those who participate, but the proceeds of the trip are applied towards humanitarian projects throughout the world. WILD is currently partnering with a specialized organization to provide clean water to a 3rd world village that has none.
