As an organization, we take great pride in advocating for diversity and inclusivity both within and beyond our walls. Diversity within our team has empowered us to grow, innovate, and progress as a company, and our welcoming of diverse populations into our walls has enabled us to build such a strong and amazing community over the last 18 years. This year, cRUw members across our locations elected to rock the Progress Pride Flag in celebration of diversity and inclusivity. ... Happy Pride Month!

As California begins its reopening today, it's important to remember that the return to normal will not be immediate for all. At this time, we are awaiting updated guidelines from Cal/OSHA, which is expected to come soon. Therefore, all employees, patients, and clients, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated, must continue to wear masks within our facilities until further notice. While we are hopeful that we can make changes to our policies soon, we are asking for your continue...d patience, understanding, and cooperation until we are able to do so. Please know that we fully understand how long we have all waited for this reopening to come, and we, too, want to get back to normal as soon as possible. However, remember that we made a promise at the beginning of this pandemic to put the safety of all our staff, patients, and their families first, and following all of the required guidelines has been imperative to our success in doing so. Thank you for your patience and continued trust in us and our team. Stay safe and be well!

We turn 18 today! Over the years, we have had the humbling opportunity to serve and help so many people in our communities. Thank you to the doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and their teams who have trusted us to provide additional care to their patients.... Thank you to all our patients, past and present, who have placed their trust in us and allowed us to be a part of their journey. And, of course, thank you to our incredible cRUw members, past and present, who have left their mark on our mission and culture and enabled us to make a positive impact in this world. Cheers to 18 years, and to many more!

Communication has always been deeply interwoven into our company’s Core Values. Now more than ever, it is imperative for us to ensure that we are communicating with our patients about how we are navigating this pandemic and what we’re doing to keep them (and their families) safe while in our care and beyond. We understand that times continue to be uncertain, and we are extremely grateful in the trust and confidence that our patients place in us every step of the way. Thank You.

Lateral epicondylitis, or tennis elbow," is the most common elbow condition and affects up to 3% of the population, primarily in their 40s and 50s. The diagnosis of tennis elbow, however, can be misleading as most people that get it, have never played tennis before. It seems to be more postural contributions especially with people working on computers, laptops, or tablets. In this week's blog post, Jason Averilla, PT, DPT, FAFS, OCS, CCI, talks about the occurrence of tennis... elbow in both tennis players and non-players.
