*City of Reedley Engineering Department ANNOUNCMENT* Construction on the first phase of the Manning Avenue Improvement Project will begin on Monday, November 2, 2020 from Reed Avenue to Frankwood Avenue. This phase will install a new water main and concrete improvements on the north side of Manning Avenue. All traffic will be shifted to the south side of Manning with one lane of traffic in each direction. A detour will be in place to encourage vehicles to take an alternate route if possible.
