Football conditioning begins Monday October 5th. and will run Monday-Thursday each week. Varsity at Sierra Vista from 4:00pm-5:30pm, Junior Varsity on the turf in front of the gym at 4:30pm-5:30pm and Frosh on the turf from 5:00pm-6:00pm. All fall athletes must be cleared with: 1.) Due to state and district guidelines we have to suspend conditioning sessions until further notice. Hold onto your paperwork as well due to school site closures.

Time change alert for July 1st. practice! 7am Seniors, 8am Juniors and 9am Sophomores. There is also an additional parent waiver on the Redwood website that must be signed.

Reminder all fall athletes wanting to participate in summer conditioning you must have a physical, familyID, and summer waiver signed before you can practice. The waiver is now up on the school athletic web site: https://www.vusd.org//VUSD%20Summer%20Extracurricular%20Wa Make sure you bring your physical and waiver to the first practice and give them to your coach. You will need to bring your own water bottle as well and we will have water to refill your bottle if needed.
