Running out of time at the shelter Chowder is in approximately three-year-old mix breed (possibly cattle dog and a bully breed?). He is affectionate, playful and absolutely loves the water. He has been tested with other dogs and done well at the shelter. He is current on vaccinations and neutered. Chowder rides in the car well and enjoys play time. Sherman the bully. At 10 months old Shermie is finally enjoying life as a real dog. He came into rescue at 35 pounds and full of some emotional baggage; emaciated and terrified. He's now a sturdy 56 pounds and gaining. He also has lost a lot of baggage and is blossoming into quite the family dog. Sherman loves cuddles. Craves mellow adventures and loves other dogs. He still needs work on basic training skills but that's to be expected when none of his puppy-hood was spent wit...h any kind of family or sense of direction. Sherman is looking for a semi active home; preferably with another dog or a human that has lots of time to give. He needs an experienced bully home with older children only. I cannot believe this handsome little dude still has not found his very own home Sherman is almost 10 months old. Fully vetted, house trained and crate trained. Good with other dogs and loves kids. He loves slow strolls (he's not much of an athlete) playing with rope toys and pushing a basketball around. He hates water but he's great in the bath and loves to dig sand at the beach. He's pretty goofy and you're sure to always laugh with him around. He's sweet and just wants a buddy. Please share for Sherman's forever home!

Update! Rocket dog Rescue has stepped up and will be taking Gator in to their rescue! Huge thank you to them! Gator is currently running out of time at clear Lake shelter. We can’t stand the thought of this boy being put down due to limited shelter space. Gator needs an adopter! This boy is probably around three years old and has a lot of life left to live. He is very sweet but is shy when he meets new people, although you would never know it when you see him with somebody he knows. Gator is neutered, up-to-date on shots and ready to go. He has been tested with other dogs and scored well. Please consider adopting this love
