I was a Certified Personal Trainer before I got Certified as a Kettlebell Instructor. I like to remind myself that the Kettlebell is not the goal, it is one of the ways to the goal. Kettlebell Training can be a challenge and to Master the basic Lifts and Swings takes some time. I do not want to focus on just getting a good sweat or my Butt kicked. I need to listen to my body and not work through joint pain. I need do know the difference between effort pain and damage pain. The long term goal for me is to build a lifestyle of Health and Fitness.
