A great reminder as we head into 2021. . .

Counting our blessings. Let's face it - 2020 has been quite a year! Life probably looks very different than it did in November of 2019 for all of us! One thing that has not changed, is that we are so very fortunate to be a part of your health and a part of your life.... For the past several weeks, we have been away from our practice. We have had the rare and exciting opportunity to be immersed in an advanced anatomy project. The time away has been a sacrifice - we have missed home and of course we have missed seeing you. Whenever we go away for these experiences, we return with more knowledge and a more complete understanding of the human body and how to help make it more well. We are grateful for this time we have had. In this season of giving thanks, remembering the positive role of gratitude in our lives is important. Recent studies have shown that gratitude can: -improve heart health, specifically less inflammation and healthier heart rhythms -lead to less depressed mood and a better sense of well-being -result in better sleep and less fatigue -boost your immune system We are so very grateful for you. Truly the greatest job in the world is being able to go in each day and make a difference in the lives of others. When counting blessings, the relationship we have with you is at the top of the list.
