Yesterday RedJaz BBQ finished off our 3 comps in a 15 day stretch taking 4th place in Tri-Tip at the BBQ in the Glenn. Congratulations to Los Mexi"Q"tioners BBQ for the GC, and Bar-B-Cuda BBQ for the RGC. It was a long day, but we always have a good time hanging out with our BBQ friends.

After a long weekend of traveling and cooking, RedJaz BBQ was able to post our best professional results of our career at the Hot Q’s & Cold Brews BBQ Championships at Oroville. Out of a field of 44 of the top BBQ teams, we came home with our first two Pro BBQ Calls and awards, as well as three top 20 finishes. Chicken 14th place Ribs 18th place Brisket 15th place... For the second year in a row we finished 4th place at the Calaveras Association of Realtors Rib cook off in Murphy’s.
