What if...we all based our identity on our strengths instead of what we perceive of as weaknesses? We all own those weaknesses - I'm too overweight, too old, too young, too quiet, too disorganized, too whatever. Too often those are the only things we see about ourselves. But... What if we owned those strengths that other people see in us? I'm an encourager, an organizer, a planner, an empathetic friend, a positive person, a great writer/analyzer/whatever. We could see how to use those true characteristics to help ourselves and others. We could own our identity of strength then, and what great things we could accomplish.
