The stress, the unknowns, the fear and the fatigue of a voracious fire season have taken a toll on our mental health. Please remember to take care of yourselves: stay in touch with loved ones and friends, rest, and do something that makes you happy. Your mental health is every bit as important as your physical health!

The @RedCross is on scene assisting residents impacted by this 5-alarm Fire. We are securing hotel rooms for the 80+ displaced residents, along with meals, disaster health and mental health services. If you’ve been impacted and need help, call 800-REDCROSS.
