So excited to have the restaurants offering dining in. Since March my family and I have not eaten inside and have only been doing take out. When the tier changed for Tehama County I was excited about having a lunch date with a couple of friends. We went to From the Hearth Cafe, Red Bluff. They had outside seating however we noticed they were serving diners inside. This turned out to be a great experience. Everyone was wearing masks, we were social distanced, and the food was incredible. We felt very safe and comfortable AND will go back again.
