Had a great day Saturday doing what I love to do. It was my first time cooking on the open Bbq and I’m happy with the way it turned out. We served tritip, chicken, ham hock baked beans with wild boar sausage and macaroni and cheese. Thank you Angelo Alorro and Karen Vernon for having me feed you guys and the family. That was by far the best wedding I’ve ever been to.

The chicken and tritip are rubbed and ready for Saturday. I’m going to grill it on an open Santa Maria style grill. Thank you Angelo Alorro and Karen Vernon for the opportunity to feed you guys before the big day.

We did our second event last night and it went very well. Beer was pouring all day long. Happy birthday Mitchell and thank you guys for letting us celebrate with you. Amanda did an awesome job putting it all together.
