The Sacramento Public Library staff today announced they will reopen seven branches, including the Elk Grove Library, on Thursday, Nov. 5. Hours will be 10 a.m.... to 6 p.m. on Tuesdays through Saturdays. Visitors, ages 2 and up, will be required to wear face coverings. There will also be a reduced occupancy at the libraries, and patrons can only visit for an hour. Library officials did not announce plans to reopen Elk Grove's Franklin Community Library.
