Hello Everyone!! It has been awhile since I posted to this site. However I did want to get a little bit of information out to you today. I have been studying the market diligently recently, and find that The market has slowed down some. It appears that buyers are fairly slow to buy a home and as a result the inventory has grown which in turn has caused the prices to stall and some areas actually decline. As I get more information I will post it for your information and convenience.

Americans Are Taking Out the Largest Mortgages on Record For the past few years, the housing market has been unbalanced. Strong demand and lean supply keep pushing prices higher and higher. On Wednesday, a fresh piece of data confirmed that trend. The Mortgage Bankers Association’s weekly purchase loan data showed that the average size of a home loan was the largest in the history of its survey, which goes back to 1990. (Riquier, 2017)

As we apply the influence of time to money for example, we learn about the principle of the "time value of money".
