It’s been a crazy year. I’ve been so fortunate to represent some fantastic clients, 18 buyers and sellers and multiple referral clients in the last 365 days. I so much appreciate everyone who has thought of me when thinking of real estate. The market right now is absolutely on fire, great for sellers but truly difficult and frustrating for buyers due to low inventory and high demand.
