I feel for my buyers! This seller’s market is an intense environment but can be worth it with these record low interest rates. Luckily, I’m still getting clients in escrow in addition to getting repairs handled by the sellers and credits from the sellers. This is not an easy task when many buyers right now are willing to waive all contingencies and buy as-is. Sometimes it’s worth it to lock in the house you want. We’ve been fortunate to get into deals with contingencies in tact although today I advised one client to waive their appraisal contingency.
