This Monday I am sharing one of my favorite quotes. I think this is so true! Unfortunately, it's so much easier to come up with an excuse. Here are 3 tips to stop with the excuses! 1. Embrace Fear and Failure That’s something that is bound to happen sooner or later. So, instead of constantly being alert about it, make sure that when it happens you are ready to get up and try again. 2. Stay Realistic To get rid of the excuses, you need to ha...ve goals. But keep them realistic and attainable. Even small goals can bring you huge changes. The key is to keep trying and to not give up. 3. Don’t Overthink It’s the first mistake that we do when we are confronted with a decision. Therefore, we tend to overthink things, until we give up and make an excuse instead. What’s meant to be will be That saying could not be more true for my amazing clients. I’ve been working with them for several years and FINALLY we found the right house. We place the offer and after a few day we find out that the seller accepted another offer. My clients were crushed. About a week later a house hit the market, we get right in and THIS house was so much like the other one WITH the additions my clients were going to add to the other home and this home had a ...much larger yard, in a better neighborhood with a view of the beautiful mountains from the kitchen. We wrote the offer and opened escrow. I am so grateful for my clients faith in me. It’s not easy saying that something better will come around when your clients have their heart set on something else but they listened and they waited - a whole week and their home became available.
