Rachel and I started our journey in 2018.... When we started our journey she, myself her 3 babies and Michele her Amazing lender came up with a game plan. Sin...ce then, she selflessly became a surrogate mom, she found her biological Dad and sister's, she has opened 3 sober living homes. She has written and published two book's. She has passed all of her Real Estate Principles to become a Realtor herself plus countless other thing's along the way!! What I learned later was that Rachel was a foster child from the time she was 3 until she ran away at 17. Her life was a bit rocky and unstable. When we met, her only desire was to own a to provide stability for her and her children and she didn't care where that would be! She just wanted a place to call her own! When she first saw this she said she'd be willing to give both of her kidney's for it ( I don't think she was kidding) and I'm glad soooo she didn't have to . When we did our home inspection we discovered a 4th room hiding between a closet ( a whole large sized room) hiding between a walk in closet providing space for herself, her fiance and each of her children!! God provided the desires of her heart . I am in tears, tears of JOY!!! I am honored and privileged to have come alongside Rachel and her loooong journey to Homeownership!! Today Rachel received key's, the key's to her's and her children's future, today she broke chains of generational curses, today she taught her babies that with lots and lots of hard work and dedication they can achieve ANYTHING their hearts desire.
