Soda!!!!!! Whyyyyyy.. hehe This is a major health reason, but teeth wise, harsh but delicious chemicals in soda actually strip off protective qualities from your teeth for a short time and leave them less protected against the cavity causing bacteria in your mouth so if you are going to indulge....in soda, always follow it up with a good mouth rinse with water. You would think that brushing would be a good idea but after an acidic attack, you can actually be brushing away your enamel so its best to use water and let your teeth recover before you brush. FYI

Well this happened and I am so excited to have been chosen by fellow dentists as an expert in my field and have a two page spread in the current issue of Orange Coast Magazine on sale now!! I am definitely not as cool as my wife who was on the cover last year for pediatrics but I am trying to catch up and keep it in the family.
