Congratulations to everyone involved on this recent Shaver Lake closing! When our sellers, represented by Dan Raymer, listed their family cabin, none of us could have imagined that it would end up in the path of the Creek Fire mid-escrow. After a tense couple days waiting for news that it was still standing, both the buyers and the sellers were relieved to get positive photo confirmation that the home had survived. Due to the fire, closing took a little longer than planned, but we still got it done! The new owners of this special home are excited to be a part of the Ridgetop and Shaver Lake communities as the area rebuilds, and both families are thankful that many more memories will be made here. We love our local lake and mountain communities and continue to keep those affected by the Creek Fire in our thoughts and prayers.

Just sold in northeast Fresno! This one has quite a story... The sellers were going through a pretty big transition, with a cross-country move planned in the middle of a pandemic, and a baby on the way. So we felt horrible for them when the buyer fell through in the middle of what we’d all thought was a smooth escrow... But then, Dan Raymer managed to save the day by calling up some past clients who were on the lookout for an investment property. And amazingly, this cute... 3-BR home fit the bill! So we were able to get our stressed out sellers right back into escrow and secure new buyers who are great people we love to work with! Every escrow has a story, and ups and downs are common. But we always try to work as creatively and strategically as possible for our clients, and in the end most things do seem to work out how they’re meant to.
