Hello Rattlers and Rattler supporters. I would like to introduce myself. I am Coach-Artie Allen Allen, your new varsity basketball coach. I am extremely excited to be taking over the program. I will also be teaching PE at Ranchero. Feel free to come introduce yourself to me on Monday when school starts. Can't wait to meet all of you.

Today I accepted a job to teach PE and coach basketball at Hesperia High School. I will miss RMS and am grateful for the last two years coaching/teaching there. I feel like I have grown tremendously and am thankful for the people I had around me to help me become a better educator/coach. Sincerely, Coach Greg Gibbons

RMS 2nd annual summer basketball camp is in the books. I want to thank all our coaches for dedicating an entire week of their summers to help these kids learn the game. Thank you Isaac Gomez, Kenny Westlake, HR Lugo, Jerry Lyon, Joshua Rees, Brandon Henderson, Tarius and Brittany Richardson, Laviel Pickett, and Jennifer Weidmann.

More camp photos. I'm really dropping the ball on taking photos. I get into coaching and forget to take the phone out. What a great group of kids this summer. They work hard and don't complain.

Day one of our summer camp is in the books. We had a lot of fun and the kids did a great job.

Summer camp starts Monday June 12th. We only have 8 spots left and then we're closing registration to keep the coaches to players ratio to 6 to 1. This means more one on one instruction for each camper. Who needs trophies? We're giving out 10 basketballs for good sportsmanship and most improved players over the week long camp. Sign up at:...
