Rascals stands behind our product. Our overall ratings on both Yelp and Facebook support this. There has been a video circulating of what is allegedly food from Rascals with worms crawling on it. What you see in the video is disgusting and unacceptable. We have no reason to believe that this food came from Rascals. The video offers no proof of where the food is from, how old it is, or how it was stored. In our 30 year history we have never had any complaints like this. If someone has an issue with their purchase at Rascals, we ask that they reach out to a manager with their receipt and whatever is left of their purchase as soon as possible. We value our customers and pledge to address any issues that may arise.
