The good, The bad and the ugly! It's been a busy month! This 2 IB bedroom condo went into escrow at $510,000. My buyer was beyond excited to be buying her vacation home BUT after a physical inspection, a plumbing inspection, two mold inspections, and two foundation inspections we had to cancel. #RamJack found a crack slab so this one is a cancelled escrow!! Thank you Jay Perez for finding it.
