Rapids Express would like to give you an update on our efforts to help stop the spread of COVID-19, as the health and wellness of our employees and customers is our top priority. Here are a few of the measures that we are taking: 1) Providing disinfecting wipes to our customers upon request; 2) Disinfecting vacuum nozzles and air guns after every vehicle when possible; 3) Reducing vacuum stalls to every other in order to spread customers out;... 4) Disinfecting our pay station every 30 minutes; 5) Requiring employees to wear disposable gloves and change them frequently; 6) Requiring employees to wash hands at least hourly; 7) Discontinuing vending station temporarily; 8) Requiring employees that have any symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with symptoms to stay at home. How can you help? Here are some measures that you can take to help the situation as well: 1) We encourage you to stay in your car during your entire visit; 2) Please wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer after touching any surfaces; 3) Please feel free to ask for a disinfectant wipe; and 4) Keep at least 6’ distance from employees and other customers.
