Here is a quick glimpse of what your day may look like: Custodial Approximately 50% Ensures that company standards of cleanliness and appearance are met or exceeded in offices, restrooms, exterior areas, company units, hallways, etc. Cleans v...acated units on a timely basis (reviews units to ensure that doors, latches, and alarms are functional) Inspects for pest control and takes appropriate actions Ensures that the safe handling and storage of chemicals and cleaners used in performing duties is incompliance with safety standards Maintenance Approximately 50% Monitors the physical condition of the facility and reports maintenance requirements and potential equipment failures to the Store Manager Performs minor nonstructural carpentry repairs and replacements on doors, fences, and buildings as required. May also do minor plumbing and electrical repairs not required to be performed by a licensed contractor Performs preventive maintenance work on HVAC equipment, gates, etc. Performs touch up painting and landscape maintenance on property Positive attitude Excellent communication skills Property maintenance experience is a plus Self-starter Reliable and excellent time management skills Strong organization of mobile office Strong safety orientation Basic mechanical and computer skills Possess and maintain valid Driver's License Possess and maintain clean driving record and background check Ability to meet physical demands of the job (heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.) Must be able to work weekends Compensation Package Medical benefits after 60 days. 401(k) retirement plan.
