To our valued Patients, We hope you are all staying healthy and safe during this challenging time. We have truly missed seeing everyone and look forward to re-opening this Monday 05/18/2020. While our office has been closed, we have been busy working to prepare a safe environment for our patients to return to. Upon arrival to our office, you will find changes have been made to protect the health and well-being of our patients and our team. Rancho dental arts is following the... guidance of the CDC, ADA, and the Dental Board of California as well as our own quality management team and staff. We will continue to follow the rigorous infection control protocols we have always had in place for maintaining a clean and safe environment. We have developed advanced protocols for decreasing person-to-person contact through physical distancing and smart scheduling. When you arrive for an appointment, you will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire about your recent travel history, whether you have had contact with anyone testing positive for COVID-19, and your current state of health. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms such as an elevated fever, cough, or shortness of breath, we will happily reschedule your appointment, when your symptoms are gone.
