Closing Ceremonies Join us at the fields on June 25th @ 5:30pm to celebrate the end of our Spring 2021 Season. Players are encouraged to wear their jersey & hat and join their teams in the staging area on Bronco starting at 5:15pm. Teams will parade over to the Pony infield for the ceremony. Dinner & Dessert: Carnes Asada Nachos $7... 3 street tacos with drink $6 Kona Ice Truck on site! It is with sadness that I let y’all know that Willie Wilson passed away yesterday...... this is how I will always remember him..... at RBI 2010...... doing wha...t he loved! I had the pleasure of spending many years on the board with him and even after he left the board, you couldn’t stop him from coming back and helping out. He was a good soul, a fair soul, an advocate for our kids..... a helper..... a Dad.... a Grandpa.....a friend. I can’t even count how many times he helped me out when I was Tournament Director for years! He was the best field maintenance guy ‘eva! He treated those fields like his own..... way before the Padres came and gave us a new Mustang field and the new Shetland field was just a dream....... long before we got the lights installed..... just a guy on a rhino...... making the fields beautiful for our boys..... We awarded him the Lifetime Achievement award one year..... because he deserved it whole heartedly. We had a carhart jacket embroidered with all of his accomplishments...... including Most Eligible Bachelor on the 67! He was a hoot and fun and the life of the party!
