The Ramen Cafe

Just an FYI that our grand opening will be next Tuesday. We're having a half day tomorrow (Saturday) from 11am-2pm and Sunday we'll be closed to fine tune everything after the soft opening we've had these past few days. Sorry for the inconvenience but we want to make sure we have everything right for Tuesday. THANKS AGAIN for everyone that has come by to enjoy our ramen.... We're ecstatic to see how much everyone has been enjoying it...we actually got wiped out of all the ramen we had prepared today since we got an overwhelming response. Thanks goodness for "soft openings" or we would have really been in trouble :)

We just had a very very soft opening and we want to thank everyone that stopped by today. It was great to see how a simple dish can put a smile on so many peoples faces. We've always loved ramen which is why we wanted to bring it to San Clemente. Our motto is keep it simple and keep it good using only the best quality ingredients. Our grand opening is next week. This is honestly something we've wanted to create so we could enjoy it in our hometown and have everyone else in San Clemente do the same. Thanks again for everyone that stopped by. It was nice to talk to a lot of you and see people as excited as we are.
