Last Friday, the Raincross Boxing Academy staff were able to spread some holiday cheer during our holiday gift giveaway event. We are thankful to our dedicated staff, families, and community who came out and made the event possible.

To celebrate the holiday season, we gifted hoodies to our staff members! Here are some of our wonderful staff modeling them!

Our team is honored to partner with Healing California who, this past weekend, brought FREE dental care to our RBA families. Thank you to the generous Healing California staff, GOA staff, and our attendees for making this event possible! Hosted at the Raincross Boxing Academy gym, this event allowed RBA students and their families to consult with dentists and receive dental work in Healing California's mobile van at no cost!

Our Raincross Boxing Academy staff, also known as the #GenerationOfAction, partnered with the Riverside Police Foundation to distribute FREE #school supplies to the #Riverside community. Shoutout to the Riverside Police Foundation for taking their time and resources to always partner with us and to all of our attendees for making this event possible! Congratulations to former Raincross Boxing Academy student, Rosendo Cervantes, on his acceptance into Cal Poly Pomona for Urban and Regional Planning! He first entered our program in 2015 through the Youth Opportunity Center. In a joint effort, he and RBA staff were able to discuss his future and aspirations to attend college. Rosendo is an accomplished artist and an active member of his community. He has mentored at the Young Men's Conference, trained RBA students, and v...olunteers his time at food drives every summer. Today, Rosendo will be the first in his family to attend a four-year university. He plans to continue his studies into a master's program while working a job to help support his family.

Thank you to all the community advocates, staff and interns, and parents and students for helping our program even during the tough pandemic. We have shifted to a virtual program where students are able to log on to Zoom and participate in various fun activities, including boxing workouts, tutoring sessions, motivational speaking, and more!
