There’s few things in life that are most precious, family is one especially children. Teagan started this nonprofit with canines in mind and wanting to make a ...positive impact in the world by helping even just one canine. We are happy to say that she’s made it well past that number. Teagan Hunt is an avid softball player and has a passion for the sport like her passion for animals. She’s played the majority of her career at Cypress Girls Softball League in Cypress, CA. Through the years we’ve met many new friends through the sport, and when you’re involved with something so wholeheartedly it really becomes an extension of your family. Lucy Polanco is one of those family members. When we heard of what she is going through, we knew we had to help out. She was diagnosed with DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma) which is an inoperable tumor located in the middle of the brain stem. This tumor infiltrates among the nerves of the brain stem that contains all of the incoming neurons within the spinal cord as well as eye movement, face, and throat muscle control. Lucy is fighting for her life right now. K9 InVest asked our friends over at Shirtboss to come up with something that we could offer our supporters or those who would like to help out.
