Lee is the Paralegal and Office Manager for Raff Law, APC. Lee joined Raff Law in 2015 after relocating to Petaluma. She has great respect for the law and feels fortunate to have found a firm that strives to balance the needs and circumstances of its clients with their legal rights. Before moving to the North Bay, Lee worked with law firms in the South Bay providing paralegal services in matters of business, real estate, civil litigation, family, immigration, personal injury, and bankruptcy. She earned her law degree from Lincoln Law School of San Jose and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University. Lee hopes you enjoy this photo of the newest addition to her family, Chester. Please give a warm welcome to Tyson Smith, a new associate attorney to the Raff Law. He is a former Tax Attorney and IRS litigation attorney with extensive understanding of federal and state law. He brings a valuable combination of compassion and sharp advocacy to his work with clients facing legal difficulties. He has also served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, advised the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center on employee relations matters, and worked to obtain his private-pilot helicopter license. Edwin Bradley is an associate attorney at Raff Law. He practiced civil litigation in San Francisco for 25 years before relocating to Sonoma County. His experience as a partner in small firms and as a solo practitioner has shaped his belief that clear communication and shared expectations form the foundation of a positive attorney-client relationship. Meet Dan, President and Founder of Raff Law. Daniel Raff started his legal practice in May of 2012. His intent was and still is today, to provide clients with superior legal services that emphasize good communication and client satisfaction. Dan prides himself on his ability to keep clients informed about their case and to explain issues in a way that simplifies the legal process. He has personally handled a variety of cases ranging from unlawful detainers (evictions) to law...suits against major financial institutions. He has also assisted clients by drafting and reviewing a variety of legal instruments, including intricate business agreements, licensing contracts, real property sale documents, promissory notes, and deeds of trust, among others. While out of office, Dan enjoys snowboarding, poker, and board games. He is also an active member of the Sonoma County Bar Association and Petaluma Chamber.
