Shameful... for those that support $0 Bail & Early Release Post from Tanya Alvarenga: With such sadness I share this post. My 10 year old cousin was attacked l...ast night in Anaheim by this man as she was approaching the sidewalk at the entrance of a store. This stranger punched her several times and pulled her hair. She is bruised and scratched and overall hurt. She was with her mom and others around also helped- someone even hit him him with his car to get him to stop hurting her. Because another car followed him, he was arrested. However, because of California's $0 Bail out policy, the guy is already out. Can you believe this???!! He's already out on the streets. Please be careful out there. There are so many people that should be in jail that are out right now. My heart breaks for my cousin and her mom who will have to recover from such a traumatic experience. See more

Even when they get caught they don't stay in jail it's a win win for them.
